	3 – It could also mean being a household name (that would be pretty cool huh?!) Being a celebrity, a star – famous, known and loved by the world over (dope!)
	4 – Or it could be having massive influence over a small tribe of people who love you to pieces! (That sounds pretty awesome too huh?)

Fame equals whatever you decide you want for yourself. But the bottom line is if you aren’t making a living doing your music, then you need more Fame and need to know how to find it.

So I think you get it now – what I’m all about is you having a career that fits you – and that you can totally do it! And… one of the things I teach all the time is about being congruent. I’m all about aligning you with your own unique gifts in such a way that you draw success to you instead of sabotaging it or pushing it away from you!!

Ok Cari, so that’s really awesome – all that stuff you said about fame there – but I’ve got a life to live and everyday stuff to do. All this Visionary talk is great until I have to figure out who to call next.

That’s why what I teach is about congruence. Congruence means your whole life works really well and is in resonance with who you really are. There’s a vibratory nature to things, and when you are incongruent, your vibration is not harmonious (kind of like singing off key). When you are Congruent, you are aligned, whole, harmonious; you make the right decisions and create your career rather than react to what happens. It’s about getting organized, planning for the big vision and not overlooking the details. It’s about setting up your foundation and your systems so that they actually do something for you and your progress. It’s about spending your time and efforts so that business and money flow to you instead of away from you – this is about committing, creating, carving, capturing, connecting and cashing in – on you, your voice and your music, and bringing it to the world.

And the thing is, I have to say here, that many of you I meet aren’t using all of your gifts. You’re segmenting and compartmentalizing parts of yourself. You have other unique gifts (all musicians do), and you don’t believe that you and all your parts can actually come together under one roof and make your work and music a money making opportunity. Instead you’re hiding away and playing small, thinking you can’t integrate all of who you are. Today is about integration and simplifying, not wearing different hats but doing multiple tasks and hosting all your ideas under one.
